Mike knows the local market. If you're selling, he researches the local real estate history to get you a fair price without sitting on the property for 6months. If you're buying, he has intimate knowledge of the local demographics so you don't buy in an area that doesn't suit you or your family's expectations. I had a house listed for 6 months without an offer and changed realtors to Mike Schade. I had an acceptable contract within 5 days after listing the house with Mike and closed within 30 days.

We hired Mr. Schade to sell our lake house. From the get go, we knew we had the right agent.
